How do the free health checkups work?
Starter does not include a free health test. Essential includes the CBC / TSH / HbA1c test benefit once during 6 months. Complete includes one free Basic Checkup package with 66 tests during 6 months. Signature includes two free Basic Checkups during 12 months.
Which plan includes specialist consultations?
Complete includes one specialist doctor consultation. Signature includes two specialist doctor consultations. Starter and Essential do not include a specialist consultation.
When do the diagnostic discounts apply?
Starter and Essential give 20% off diagnostics on orders above ₹1,000. Complete gives 25% off on orders above ₹1,000. Signature gives 30% off on orders above ₹1,500.
Is Doc on Call available 24×7?
Free Doc on Call is included in all four plans. Round-the-clock, 24×7 access is included with the 12-month Signature plan.
What accidental cover is included?
Accidental cover is available only with the 12-month Signature plan, which includes ₹1 lakh cover. The 3-month Starter and 6-month Essential and Complete plans do not include accidental cover. Cover is subject to applicable policy terms and eligibility.
